Registration fees are always transferable to a previously unregistered guest from the registrant’s camp\/conference center\/organization if they are received PRIOR to the conference. Registrations canceled on or before July 31, 2024 will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Registrations canceled after July 31, 2024 and on or before October 31, 2024 will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee. Registrations canceled on or after November 1, 2024 are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n

To transfer a registration or to request a cancellation in writing, please contact Angie Forman at registrar@ccca.org<\/a>. Note that all refund requests must be in writing (email registrar@ccca.org<\/a>, postal service or fax) and received by CCCA no later than October 31, 2024.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n
